Thang Tho has been a members of British Association of Fair Trade shops (BAFT) since 2006. We focus on trading with marginalized villagers in Thailand, helping them develop skills, and sustainable livelihoods through our trading relationship.

We pay fair prices that cover the full cost of production and enable a living wage and other fair rewards to be earned by producers. We provide credit when needed to allow orders to be fulfilled and pay premiums to be used to provide further benefits to producer communities. We encourage the fair treatment of all workers, ensuring good conditions in the workplace and throughout the supply chain. We aim to build up long-term relationships, rather than looking for short-term commercial advantage. With the opportunity to build on handcraft skills and expand their artistic vision in the creation of new crafts.
